You were able to expand the room beautifully and give us sufficient wall area for a plasma TV and and additional floor space for a new pool table and some new furniture. Our daughter is now in college but over the last several years had friends over "all the time". That was very important to us and the room expansion was ideal.

I should also mention that the working with your family in the planning, staging, constructing and completion of the project was fantastic. You were able to expand the solid wall area out for the TV and incorporate the beautiful wood trim and wide viewing windows out onto our back garden. It's wonderful!! The weather didn't always cooperate but Derek, Aaron, Beau and crew were always on top of it. You guys run a first-rate operation and we try to refer friends and acquaintances to you whenever possible.

Thank you for providing a great place for our daughter to entertain and host friends during an important stage of her life and a place where we can continue to host our friends. You have also added additional value to our residence that will probably pay for itself if we ever choose to leave here.
